We believe amazing brand loyalty has benefits that extend past repeat purchases and returning customers. Starting in 2012, we focused on creating software to help brands on Shopify and BigCommerce better engage their customers and in turn, create better brand loyalty.
We recognized mobile’s increasing share in the eCommerce space and were the first to design our loyalty program with optimizations for the best look and feel on mobile.
Five of our team presented at BarCamp HK on building SaaS companies, big data, product development, and customer success.
First 1000 Customers
Our first major milestone came in the form of our first 1000 customers. This would only continue to grow as more and more shoppers went online to do their shopping.
Our first team BBQ took us out to the coastlines of Hong Kong. Surrounded by the Pacific Ocean, beaches, and great weather.
Design is an important thing to us and our customers. We were the first to launch advanced theming features to help merchants design a loyalty program that matched the look of their online stores.
As our team grew into the double digits, we moved to Tsim Sha Tsui. Our new office offered us more natural light, striking views of Hong Kong, and better restaurant options for our team.
Doubling Down on Loyalty
We see long-term loyalty as being the core of successful brands. Rather than adding to the noise of one-off referrals and social media, we’re moving forward with helping merchants reward their customers and create a better experience for customer loyalty.
