We have worked for months to create this feature to help you accelerate global growth with a consistent brand message. All merchants using the S Loyalty 2.0 can activate this feature in the Merchant Console’s “Store and Program Info” page.
Make your Store Multi-language with Ready-to-Use Text
Have you ever tried a multi-language feature only to discover that some terms still have English? Polishing those details that make customers feel catered for is time-consuming. S Loyalty’s language options come with fully translated content, meaning that messages, buttons, instructions, and special offers on the shopper overlay and notifications are in the target language.
You can test out your new localized rewards program in Traditional Chinese, Japanese, French, Spanish, and German right away without having to manually input terms. At the same time, you can retain the freedom craft your brand voice by modifying the template “Thank-You” messages*, “special event campaign” messages, and redemption confirmation email. Matching Your Loyalty Program to Your Store Default Language
If you have set up an online store for Taiwan or Germany, you probably have created websites in Traditional Chinese and German respectively. Now, websites with primary languages in Traditional Chinese, Japanese, German, French, and Spanish can also enjoy a polished rewards program to match the primary store language. By offering a localized rewards program through S Loyalty, merchants can differentiate themselves from competitors in both the European and Chinese language markets.
We are also excited to support two popular third-party apps Langify (Shopify) and Weglot (Shopify and BigCommerce), which help merchants translate their storefronts into multiple languages that shoppers can choose to browse in. For merchants using Langify or Weglot, S Loyalty’s multi-language feature will be able to detect French, Spanish, German, Japanese and Traditional Chinese and display the matching language for your rewards program.
